What are Free Entry Points?
Free Entry Points are specific ways customers can start conversations with your business for free. These include: Click-to-WhatsApp ads, Facebook Page CTA buttons, and QR codes. When customers initiate conversations through these entry points, the first 1,000 service conversations per month are free.
